Prompt with two variables

HI All,

I have a new requirement in prompts.

I have village code and village name here I have to create prompt on village code but for user convenience prompt has to display associated village name also.

Here I have a solution for this by creating a new variable by concatenating village code and village name and creating prompt on the new variable but this solution is not acceptable.

Please anybody help me in this.
