IF else in webi

I have a column with 4 four values

L

W

T

Blank

I want to display  records in table with L, W and T values only

i dont want to display NULL/BLank records

I want to create filter to hide the "TECH RESULT = NULL ", but its not working, help please?

Can this be achieved by writing a formula at column level?
