SAP BW portal Iview for Webi report not working

Hi all,

I have an issue with a WEBI report Iview that is puzzling.

I have an SAP Portal Iview for a WEBI report that will not open. If you launch the Iview it gives the following error:

An error has occurred: Could not find the document.

The following URL is displayed: http://xxxxx.xxxx.local:8080/BOE/OpenDocument/1302041123/PlatformServices/service/app/error.do

The thing that is puzzling is that if you log in to either the CMC or the launchpad in the same session (with any user) the BW Portal Iview works.

Can any one give any guidance on this?
