Zero (0) supression in tables and charts

All,

I did a quick look see through the forum...see somethings similar, but will pose the question this way.

We are on 4.0 SP4 patch0  (I know..but hey)

If you make a chart or table..nothing fancy...and the see rows/columns with Zeros...you can remove them via table/chart properties.  And it works fine.

Now, turn on the Chart Title and give a "STRING" value to show...  click apply or OK.. and BAM.. zeros come back  even the properties say stay off.

only way to get the property to work is to delete and make the chart again.

Found the same is true if you over ride the default header labels for columns in a table.  leave it default..and all is fine...make a change and you loose supression.

I haven't dug through OSS yet for notes....I am assuming this is known and is corrected.

just tossing this out there, in case others have seen it
