Not able to access BI Launch Pad or CMC?

Hi all,

Previously i am able to access BI launch pad and CMC but now i am unable to getting following error:

What i have done is:

while doing work in CMC i was getting following error:

1. Unexpected error decoding JSF component: {0}

2. I log out and searched on google i found to delete the cache of tomcat from server so i stop the SIA and tomcat services from CCM and then deleted files from the path "C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Tomcat6\Work".

3. After doing this Apache tomcat service is started from CCM but SIA give error "The service did not start due to a logon failure".

4. I go to properties of SIA and checked "Log on as System Account" then SIA started and running.

but again i am getting above error from browser.

Please Help!!!

P.S: Web I Rich client is working fine able to log on and develop reports.

Any idea or suggestions is welcome!!
