I have a scenario here....Need your advise on the below,
I have made a investors related Web i report and i published it on Launch Pad. What i want to do now is i want to mail this report to my investors on there respective email id's.
Reading the following related post on this scenario i came to know that i have to configure my email server of company to CMC (settings i know), till this part i am clear with the idea.
My question is once we do this email configuration, would i be able to send that web i report to my investors from launch pad? like do it synchronize the contact list ( outlook address list) and i can send it to a single person or a group ? as because i have 500+ investor to whom i have to mail it and it is a long process to send one by one.So can we set some parameter or batch related thing to send the investors automatically?
