Hide webi report - but give access to Dashboard (QAAWS)

Hi,

How do I hide Webi report from users.  But give access to dashboard (QAAWS).

Webi report feeds the dashboard.

BI                4.1 SP5 Patch 4 update

Dashboards  4.1 SP5 Patch 4 update.
