Blank report after schedule in CMC

Hi

We have create one WebI reports and run successfully. When we scheduled this reports through CMC, report gets blank and If we schedule same reports through InfoView, reports having expected result.

Can any one suggest what is the issue ?

In CMC , We are login to Administrator account and In InfoView , We are having LDAP Authentication with SSO.

Environment : BO XI 3.1 SP7
