Error while migrating publication jobs through CMC on BO 4.1

Hello ,

I am using Admin ID to migrate publications based on WEBI reports through CMS promotions management.Even when all the dependencies are selected , I get this error for a recurring job attached. We are on BO 4.1 SP6 patch 1.Admin user has all the rights on the system.

This error is particular to a schedule whose output file goes to a FTP server as destination.

has anybody faced this problem ?
