Error 16 Strange Behaviour in WebI

Hi all,

I am getting this strange error message in WebI when I try to use hierarchy in BI Launch pad. This is how I produce this issue

First Step:

I login to BI Launch pad, open the report that has hierarchy, and expand the hierarchy. It works without a problem. Everrything is fine untill here.

Second Step:

After that, I pin this report in BI Launch Pad. I logout out of BI Launch Pad and log back in. Next, I click on the pinned report I just did in the first step. The report opens up, and I click on the hierarchy to expand or collapse it. I receive error says only "16."

Has any one of you got this error and behaviour at all?

We are on BO 4.0 SP4 Patch 3. We already sized our APS server. We have separated DSL Bridge, Visualization and Data Services services to a dedicated Adaptive Processing Server.
