Data in different laguages displaying question mark

Hi All,

      We have a column in database with nvarchar data type. It may contain data in 3 different languages. When the data is in English it displays properly however when the data is stored in other languages  like Amharic or Hindi then it displays question mark. This is the issue on BI Launchpad as well as Webi Rich client.

Do we have to make any changes on the BO server side?

Environment : BO 4.0 / Oracle 11g
