Previous Year Runningsum issue

Hi, I have an issue while calculating previous year running sum value. PFA excel about the report outlook. Pls advise me how to proceed.

Note:- Monthly 2016 - direct from Universe ([Total Sales])

Running Sales 2016- It's a variable (=Last(RunningSum(([Total Sales]);([Fiscal Year]))))
