count with condition

Hello

I have this kind of data

blog post ID nb of blog post likes

222                              2

333                              1

444                              3

555                              4

and would like to calculate nb of blog post ID's with more than 2 likes

(it would be 2 in this example)

I used formulas:

=Count([Blog Post Id]) Where (([Nb of Blog Post Likes] In ([Blog Post Id])) >2)

=Count([Blog Post Id]) Where ([Nb of Blog Post Likes] >2)

but I get  all blogs post IDs (4 and not  2 as expected, in example) as a result...
