Hello All,

I have few scheduled reports and when it gets kicked off automatically as the schedule it fails with this below error

server error. [Error initializing SMTP server. Return code: [SMTP 421 - Service not available, closing transmission channel.]. Reason: [XXXX:25].]: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]

any idea whats wrong here? and how to handle it? known issue? configuration mistake/issue?
