We are working on Web Intelligence Rich Client 4.0 and we upgrading it to 4.1. Before upgrading we test it and see the error while Exporting the report into EXCEL, PDF or CSV format. When we click on the Export button, the it populate the error message that "MAPI32 DLL could not be found"
We even login as Administrator and also use different servers such as production, development etc. but still the problem exist. Any kind of help will be appreciated
