When users first login to Web Intelligence and attempt to create a new "Universe" document, they are experiencing a 15 minute wait time when they move the "Diagnosis Code" over to "Query Filters" and select "Value(s) from list". The issue only occurs the first time they attempt to display the code list, so any subsequent requests only take about 30 seconds, that is, until the next day when the issue apparently resets and users again experience the initial 15 minute wait time. It appears the object is being cached on our Citrix servers (where the application is being launched from), but in order to troubleshoot, I need to be able to reproduce the issue. So far, I've attempted to delete my own profile, my temp profile, and clear the java cache with no luck.
Is there something I can delete/move/modify in order to remove/reset the cache to reproduce the issue?
