I'm attempting to reproduce a latency issue. When a user first logs on, they are attempting to create a new "Universe" document by dragging "diagnosis code" into the "query filters" box (no report at this point). When clicking the small box on the actual query and selecting "Value(s) from list", the resulting code set takes 15 minutes to produce the first time (subsequent times take less than a minute). This issue resets daily (every morning, the first attempt requires a 15 minute wait time). I'm attempting to reproduce this issue more frequently, but have been unsuccessful in determining where this is caching on our systems. I've attempted deleting my profile, my temp profile, and clearing the cache from Java with no luck. In order to deep dive into problem determination, I need to be able to reproduce this error on a whim, as, right now, I have to hope my efforts are doing something before checking in the next morning.
